Mahjong Connect

Match the tiles, clear the board. A calm brain break.

Game by the developer via GameDistribution. Pressing Play loads it from the provider's servers.

About Mahjong Connect

Mahjong Connect (also called Onet or Shisen-Sho) is a tile-matching puzzle that uses the pictures from classic Chinese mahjong tiles. You clear the board by finding matching pairs that can be joined by a short path. It is quiet, focused and good for calming a busy room.

How to play Mahjong Connect

  1. Click two matching tiles to remove them.
  2. A pair only counts if you can connect them with a line that makes no more than two turns.
  3. The line can't pass through other tiles. Clear every tile to win.

Using Mahjong Connect in the classroom

  • Use it after recess as a calm-down break: no talking, just spotting.
  • Practice describing position: “top row, third from the left”.
  • A mini-lesson idea: mahjong is a game from China played for more than a century.

Mahjong Connect HD is made by an independent developer and delivered by GameDistribution. Nothing loads from them until someone presses Play. Their player may show a short ad and uses its own cookies; see our privacy page.
