Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 14, 2026
The short version: Brain Break Lab is built for kids and classrooms, so we don't collect personal information from anyone. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, no comments and no forms. Kids can use every riddle, question and Brain Break Lab game without telling us anything.
What we collect
Nothing that identifies you or your students. We do not ask for names, emails, photos, school names or any other personal information, and there is no place on the site where a child could type it in.
Visit statistics
We count page views with Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and reports only totals (for example, how many times the riddle presenter was opened today). We use these numbers to decide what to build next. We never try to identify individual visitors.
Things saved on your device
The 2048 game remembers your best score in your browser's local storage so it's still there next time. It never leaves your device, and clearing your browser data removes it.
Games from GameDistribution
Some games on our games page (Drift Boss, OvO, Stickman Duel, Mahjong Connect and Tangram) are made by independent developers and delivered by GameDistribution. On those pages, nothing from GameDistribution loads until someone presses the Play button. Once a game is started, it runs from GameDistribution's servers, may show a short ad, and may use cookies or similar technology underGameDistribution's privacy policy. We ask it not to personalize ads or track players across sites. If you prefer to avoid third-party content entirely, use the games marked “No ads”: Tic Tac Toe, Memory Match and 2048 are built by us and load nothing from anyone else.
Fonts and other files
Our fonts, images and scripts are served from our own site. We don't load Google Fonts, social media buttons or advertising scripts on our own pages.
Children's privacy (COPPA)
Brain Break Lab is directed to children and the teachers and parents who work with them. Because we don't collect personal information, we don't need to ask for parental consent. If we ever add a feature that would collect information from children, we will update this policy first and follow the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
